1. Not financial advice
Candle Breaking publishes commentary, price-level observations, and chart annotations for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published on this site, in an email alert, or in a TradingView webhook message is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and should consult a licensed professional before acting on anything published here.
2. No guarantee of results
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Historical performance, including anything shown on the Track Record page, reflects price levels called in the past and is not a guarantee or prediction of future results. Markets are unpredictable, and any price target, confidence level, or commentary can turn out to be wrong.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You’re responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these terms or disrupts the service for other subscribers.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid access is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the “Manage subscription” link on your account page, which takes you to Stripe’s Customer Portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless we say otherwise in writing. Prices may change for future billing periods with notice.
5. Acceptable use
Paid content, links, and alerts are licensed to you personally and are not for redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your own use. Per-subscriber share links are individually traceable; sharing paid content publicly or with non-subscribers is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.
6. Email & alerts
If you opt into ticker alerts, we’ll email you when something you’re watching is posted or updated. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link that immediately stops future alert emails to that address.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candle Breaking is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
